History
History of Constantine Construction Co. (Medway) Ltd.
Constantine Construction rose from the ashes of Daniel Martin Limited. Daniel Martin had been hit by the housing slump and recession in the late 80 ’s and suffering the same fate as many businesses at that time. As soon as administrators were brought in, Ron Constantine; their Surveying Director, was held back to resolve the many outstanding issues with the contract works. Daniel Martin were a main groundworks firm based in East Malling with an annual turnover of £12 million with 120 employees.

Whilst Ron was tying up loose ends and wrapping up Daniel Martin Limited, he was busy establishing contacts and building leads for the potential of future work. The break came and the first contract as Constantine Construction set underway with regular payments and understanding associates, it wasn’t too long before things took off in the right direction.

Ron asked his long suffering colleague; Peter Brown, from old to work with him in his capacity as a Buyer. Also it was evident that contracts would need resourcing; Phil and Rob Angel were taken on board as Contract Directors. With Ron at the helm as the major shareholder and Peter, Philand Rob as equal share Directors, the foundations were laid for Constantine Construction.
